Glenn is an IT Professional with a deep appreciation for music and photography. When he isn’t navigating the tech world at work, you’ll likely find him at the piano or leading the church choir as the Choir Master — stepping in as a Bass or Tenor whenever the melody calls for it. A creative at heart, he showcases his musical talent on his YouTube channel and captures life’s unposed moments as a candid photographer. While he’s used to solving complex technical puzzles, he’s most looking forward to his new long-term project: serving as the dedicated, 24/7 customer support engineer for Kripa for life.
Kripa is a woman of many notes — quite literally. A Grade 7 pianist and a dedicated alto in the church choir, she brings harmony to everything she does. A former Software Developer now navigating the IT landscape as a Business Analyst. Outside of work, she enjoys watching anime with a dream of exploring Japan. While she’s an amazing Emcee who knows exactly how to command a room, her response to anything less than a great cup of coffee remains a firm, signature 'Meh.' She’s getting ready for her most important role yet: managing the world’s most talkative IT specialist and ensuring his 'system' stays grounded with a daily dose of reality.
